PLYWOOD : MAKE

According to the degree of water resistance of adhesive joint the plywood is subdivided into makes :
FK - plywood waterproof.

PLYWOOD : TYPE

Depending on physical configuration of external layers the plywood is subdivided into five types: Å (elite), I, II, III, IV. The type of plywood is designated by the combination of veneer sheet types of obverse and turnaround layers: type of the obverse layer / type of turnaround layer, for example, E/I, I/I, I/II, II/II, II/III, II/IV, III/III, III/IV, IV/IV and so on.

PLYWOOD: Type I - admits pin knots up to 3 pieces, healthy knots up to 15 mm, dropping out knots up to 6 mm are admitted, close cracks no more than 200 mm in number 2 pieces on 1 m of width, natural change of color no more than 5 %, other defects of wood are not admitted.

PLYWOOD: Type II - pin knots, naturally adnate up to 25 mm which are dropping out up to 6 mm, close cracks and open ones up to 2 mm in number 2 pieces by length till 200 mm, naturally changes of color, wood inserts are admitted.

PLYWOOD: Type III - admits natural knots, dropping out knots up to 6 mm, close cracks, open cracks up to 2 mm in number 2 pieces by length up to 300 mm, natural changes of color, wood inserts, undulation, ripples.

Type IV - admits dropping out knots up to 40 mm without limiting the number, open cracks in width no more than 10 mm in unrestricted number, wood inserts, undulation, ripples.
